General Provisions

haybjj (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "haybjj") is an online gaming service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the haybjj website and all services associated with it.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Account registration is for personal use only — operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• If any account details change, you must notify the support team promptly.
• Registration of accounts in the name of a corporate or business entity is not permitted.

Geographic Restrictions

haybjj reserves the right to restrict or prohibit service in certain regions or countries. Users must ensure that using this service from their location is lawful under the laws applicable to them.

Account Management

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Transferring or sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• haybjj will not be held responsible if you leave another person's device without logging out.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Beware of phishing or fraudulent communications — haybjj will never ask for your password.

Verification Process

haybjj may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. haybjj has the right to close an account if document submission is refused or false documents are provided.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the haybjj platform is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The details provided at the time of deposit must match your own registered account.

• Deposits from third-party payment accounts will not be accepted.
• Deposits made with incorrect details may be cancelled.
• If a deposit amount is not correctly credited, please contact the support team.
• haybjj reserves the right to investigate and suspend any suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a verified payment method and to the same account from which the deposit was made.

• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
• Please avoid submitting multiple withdrawal requests at the same time.
• Withdrawals may take longer due to technical issues or banking delays.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. This means you must wager the bonus amount 15 times before a withdrawal can be made. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered.

• The bonus can only be used once — one welcome bonus per account.
• To receive a bonus, specific instructions must be followed at the time of deposit.
• Restrictions may apply on using bonuses in certain games — please read the detailed terms of each offer.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties.
• haybjj reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, haybjj may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

Gaming Rules

Fair Play Policy

haybjj is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. All games on our platform are operated by accredited technology providers and their outcomes rely entirely on a Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Game outcomes cannot be predetermined or manipulated.
• Each game has its own rules — please read them before playing.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting game irregularities or software errors will be considered void.

VIP Program

The haybjj VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Staying regularly active gives you the opportunity to advance to a higher tier.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the haybjj platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
2. Using false or fake identity information.
3. Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
4. Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other fraudulent strategies.
5. Breaching the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
6. Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
7. Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
8. Promoting haybjj's content, brand, or services without authorization.

If haybjj detects any suspicious activity, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the haybjj website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of haybjj or is licensed content. These are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any content from haybjj without written permission is prohibited.
• Viewing and reading information on the website for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Copying or imitating any element of the haybjj brand is legally punishable.

Limitation of Liability

haybjj bears limited liability for any damage, loss, or inconvenience arising from the use of the platform. haybjj will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connection failure, server errors, or third-party technical issues.
• If loss occurs due to the user's own carelessness or negligence.
• If loss results from sharing account login details with another person.

Account Closure

Closure by User

You may request to close your haybjj account at any time. Before making the request, please ensure there are no pending bets or expected payments in the account. The support team will assist with the process of settling any remaining balance after the account is closed.

Closed by haybjj

haybjj may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions is found.
• If the user refuses to provide verification documents.
• If the user is involved in harmful activities against other users.
• If closure is required under legal or regulatory directives.

The bonus balance of an account closed for valid reasons may be forfeited. However, the return of any remaining actual deposit amount will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between haybjj and a user, an attempt must first be made to resolve it directly via live chat or email.

How to Submit a Complaint

1. Submit your complaint in writing with full details to the support team.
2. Include the date, time, and amount of the relevant transaction.
3. haybjj will generally provide an initial response within 3 to 5 business days.
4. If the issue is not resolved, the complaint may be escalated to a higher level at the next step.

For complaints regarding game outcomes, server logs and game history will be reviewed. The information in the server logs will be considered final.
